  Worst customer service @T-Mobile ! I visited this store to return a Samsung s8 cover I didn't like. In the middle of the transaction, a male employee, kind of indian(the other 2 were females) came. I remembered this guy coz he rushed me when I went in the other day to buy Samsung s8. I left the store and went to another store in shoreline and purchased z phone. Today I pointed out that he didn't have to rush me last time. What he said back is the worst customer service attitude and an embarrasmet for T mobile. "I know people who buy and return stuff affront. My job is to keep those people away. It's my job." The employee who was helping me was embarrassed and said nothing but it's not her fault. He said this because of my color and I know it. I am a hardworking man and bought this phone with over $600 down payment since I am new to the US. I didn't even return the phone, I was just returning z cover coz it's too heavy. I have been with T mobile for over a year but it made me consider my carrier.

  On hold for over 10 min. just to check stock? and still waiting. Why can't the manager just pick up the line to say if they have the phone or not. Should not be that hard. Only store that has put me on hold for over a minute.
