  Would give 0 stars if I could. Sold items to non authorized user, putting a charge of more than 200$ on my account without asking. Manager lied to me about not being able to know who did it. "Tan" the sales associate name, was all over the paperwork she showed me to be associated with the sale. Ethics are not found in the sales or management at this location. Don't go to this store.

  I came many times at the Northgate store mall t mobile store for my case related with my issue and Omar (the sales man) always helping me great and solving my problem.especially for me I couldn't speak and listen English well but he try to describe the details with example.I want to come always to deal with him anytime .
