  I had the worst experience in my life here. I needed the payment evidence or receipt of my AT&T mobile plan so my company could reimbursement it. I called the online support and the lady suggested me to visit this store to get the document. Then the terrible experience started. The staff and even the manager in this store totally refused to help and just throw me a name card by saying call this number. Since I already called the online support, I asked them to call this number to help my requirement. And they directly refused. In my basic knowledge, getting a receipt or evidence for my payment should be a general requirement, so I asked for the second time, they directly said "I cannot help you. get out of this store, or I will call security". This is the way they treat their existing customer. I would like to give a zero star if google allows. DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE.

  Had the worst experience. Had to wait for 2 hours to convert my prepaid number to postpaid. The representative created a direct tv account without my knowledge and charged my credit card for the same.
