  The return policy and after sale customer service is what is going to make me walk right across the street to Nordstrom's for the same thing. I was appalled to find a hole in my brand new (full priced) dress after 1 wear, and they wouldn't take it back! I won't be shopping there anymore as it makes no sense to pay those prices for that kind of customer service. In fact, the sales rep never made any mention that these were final sales (verbally). It's quite disappointing because they have great style, but will lose a large clientele due to service.
