Here why I give them 5 stars: I was about to redesign my closet in a 1959 house with really bad storage layout. Looked at storables and received unbelievable friendly and patient help when looking through options. They drew up 3 options right there in store and left me with plenty visual material to share and discuss the options at home with my wife. We even did three more variations via email and eventually designed a great solution. Just installed it and both my wife and I love it.
