They can't load my loyalty card has to use the bathroom the guy says yeah someone's in there a security is saying things out of order he barely speaks English what the hell

Don't go here - drug dealers hang out around it. Also, they allow homeless people to "tend" the door, so if you try to enter the place some bum will open the door for you, then hassle you for a dollar. Not a lot of fun.
