  It was Sunday around 5:15 P.M. on 04/09/2017 and I stopped by to pump gas from the station. Figuring out the machine that accept card for payment is not working, i walked in to pay inside for my gas. I was in rush and unfortunately I forgot the pump number where I stopped so I pointed my vehicle out to the guy inside (who was on duty) to authorize me for gas. There was one person behind me in the line waiting to get service. The person on duty at the pump asked me very rudely and exactly "You know math? No count 1 2 3?". From his grammar I can tell he is a foreign dude and not a native speaker. I said "Yes I know math and I know how to count. But why?" . He replied rudely "Me no responsible to check pump number. Not my job. Understand?". I was surprised and felt so embarrassed in front of the other customer and I immediately request to cancel service although i was in rush and wanted to head out to a non shell pump. He replied "Its already done. No return now. Go take pump and put back. It automatic refund." I did exactly what he said and went inside to confirm that its taken care of. While i was walking out he screamed in front of other customers "NO COME BACK. OK?" By the time i was already out and hared him saying something weird. I walked in and said, "Excuse Me?!" He replied again, "NO COME BACK, OK?" . I immediately asked the contact number of his manager and he replied "Me owner this place. No manager." I still politely asked, "May I know your name please?" and he replied "Why? You cop?". I figured out its worthless to talk to him and get his rude response so I shoot a photo of him and walked away. i'm ATTACHING his photo. I already reported to shell customer care and they are taking action against it. I will never go to this pump again. Thanks.
