  Several times I've gone to this Shell & when I go inside & ask to enter my fuel reward points at the register that I know I've gained from shopping at QFC, they either don't know how to do it or I enter them in & the cashier doesn't know how to finish the transaction so he presses 'cancel' & acts like the points have been redeemed. Please figure this out, this is the closest Shell to my house & I prefer to pay with cash. I shouldn't have to drive out of my way to go to a different Shell just because someone hasn't been fully trained to do their job, thanks.

  It's a gas station, pretty much like any other. I pulled up to the pump, put my credit card in the slot, keyed in my QFC points number, my zip code, filled my tank, drove away. It's a moment I'll probably soon forget. There's a car wash and a convenience store there too, so if your car's an embarrassment and your stomach is making those annoying gurgling noises AND you're low in gas this would be one of the places you could take care of all of that in one stop.
