  Truly incredible customer service. Wayne is spectacular -- smart, experienced and the type of can-do attitude that makes you smile. Our new Samsung, right out of the box, didn't work. And the one we exchanged it for had a faulty controller. Wayne diagnosed everything and had us up and running in no time. This is the only call you need to make for anything dealing with flat screens, home theaters, etc.

  Seattle Theater Pros did an execlent job putting in a drop down projector for my business. Not only did they have a great price but the customer service was amazing. Wayne came back several times to make sure we were happy and everything was perfect. I highly recommend for any video needs.
