They made me feel comfortable making a decision about something I knew very little about by educating me, sharing their insight from 30+ years of experience selling jewelry and gemstones, and working well within my budget. They even factored in the tax when pricing things out to make sure it was truly not pushing my budget outside of my comfort zone. I didn't for a moment feel rushed or like just another transaction. Next time I'm in the market for any jewelry, I know where I will be going and I would recommend you do too.
