  Seattle Cutlery has top tier knife selections. I have purchased knives from there with great confidence as the staff is very knowledgeable. Andrew in particular has always provided me with insight in to the manufacturing process which is great for a knife nerd like me. As a personal chef in Seattle knives are not only a love of mine but how I make my living. Having very high quality knives is important to me for results and also for reducing wear and tear on my wrist. I take my knives to get touched up there whenever needed and they always go above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. I only go to Seattle Cutlery for all my knife needs. David.
