  I love it here! The people are friendly and the products are great! Also they have a big balloon counter! You can find both cheap and expensive things! I wouldn't go anywhere else for all my party needs!

  Huge party and costume supply store near the Northgate Mall. It's been there for years (longer than the 7 years I've lived in Seattle). The place is as big as a warehouse with everything from party supplies (paper plates, cups, banners, candles), party decorations (all the holidays and seasons including pay-by-yard decor material), and costumes. Also have some gift items. Open all year (not just Halloween). Reasonably priced compared to competitors. Well staffed during the busy season. Warning - all sales are final. You cannot do returns. In my experience this is common for costume/supply stores (it's the same at Spirit). It's pretty far out there. Can be inconvenient to get to by car. If it's too far out of your way try Champion on Elliott, just down the street from the Whole Foods. They also have a good selection of party supplies and costumes.
