  There is no concept of customer service. There are 4 employees visible. One of them is a cashier and there 7 customer in line. All other employees see us, however, none of the drop everything and try to come help the cashier and ready to pay customers. I walked out and spending my money at amazon.

  Helpful & always-available staff to answer questions or help you find a product. Checkout can be quick or slow just depending on the time of day and who else is in the store. They always have the products I need, from office supplies to electronics. We come here a lot to get supplies for school projects. I greatly appreciate their community involvement & support: Thank you, Aurora Ave. Office Depot!
