  Just awesome. I've never written a review for anything before but after being helped so much by the staff at Mrs. Cooks in the last two days I have to give the accolades. Everyone in that store is so knowledgable, friendly and professional- knowing the ins and outs of all the gear they carry is such an asset for a customer with as many questions as me. Their inventory is vast and they are one of the few stores that if they didn't have what I was looking for (which has never actually happened) I would order and wait for them to get it in rather than take my business online. This is a great place.

  I recently purchased a Nespresso Citiz with Milk and really could not be happier with the price and service I received. Outstanding! I originally emailed Amy about the product and she promptly got back to me. I live quite far from the store but was going to be in Seattle for the day a few days later. When I stopped by she heard me talking to one of the staff, she came right out and greeted me by name. She showed me the product, made me a latte and my boys hot cocoa. She also included the shipping on the product and a rebate (which I didn't know about). She called me when she shipped it too. I will definitely be making the drive again for gifts and more things for my kitchen.
