  Very streamlined and professional process of helping me try out and find the right mattress. There was a slight billing issue, but it was quickly overcome. Haven't received the mattress yet, but I don't anticipate any issues with that.

  Ryan was my original sales associate back in February when I came in looking for a full size mattress, frame, etc...within a budget. I left happy and at first the full size worked great. After a few months (still within the 120 day return policy) the mattress started to dip...and stayed imprinted (it's not a foam). I came in a second time to try out different one until I decided a firmer queen size is better. After calling to file a warranty claim, a few times, they said no need and I can go back to the store to do an exchange/return. Rebecca helped me the third time I came in, after listening to me on the phone with my mattress concerns, experience and runaround with warranty. She was awesome! It was such an easy process and she honored a lot if not all of the discounts I received with my full but for a queen. Such a knowledgeable and personable person.
