  We recently bought a POS system for my restaurant. It's been six weeks of an ongoing nightmare with these people. I have never dealt with such a level of incompetence and I work with kids in a fast food restaurant. It freezes up and shuts us down all day every day. If you ever make the mistake I've made and use Posera, make sure you speak French because their English is unintelligible. Do your homework and choose anyone else.
