  As a brand, this is lovely. Lovely over the phone customer service as well. However, as for the disgusting and disturbing rudeness of the manager at this location, I wish I could rate negative stars. I had an allergic reaction to a couple of these products after purchasing them for myself on my birthday. They smell lovely and I wish they worked for me, but something in them just didn't react well with my skin. After explained to the manager that I had to go to the doctor after the products gave me an all over body rash, provided my proof of purchase (receipt and bank statement) she refused to give me a refund. She kept stating and restating that the receipt read Visa when my card was MasterCard (some sort of mistake made by the girl who checked me at the time of purchase, needless to say, NOT my fault.) I showed her every possible piece of proof that I made the purchase on the exact card I asked for the refund on. She was horrifyingly rude to the point where I started to "see red" for the first time in my life. She gave me the refund after putting me through a lengthy hell. I wasn't angry when I got the body rash or when I had to go to the doctor and miss work, I was angry when a rude manager tried everything in her power to deny me a refund for what ever reason it was that she wanted to.
