  This Helzberg's store has been our gp-to place for gifts, birthday, Christmas, anniversary, etc. The crew is really knowledgeable and friendly. The manager Anna knows our names and has been known to step in with an additional $100 discount. the store sends coupons for free gifts to my wife for her birthday and other occasions, which provide nice gifts for her family members. We make major purchases with no interest for six or twelve months. We're grateful to the staff and to this Helzberg diamonds store for many special, cherished gifts.

  On November 22, 2017, I came in the store at Southcenter Mall at around 12:30 pm. I mentioned to the date and time for a store manager to review the customer service of the employees on this shift. I stood at counter to wait for the service. The employee saw me but she kept chatting with another employee. I waved her and she approached to me. I complained that I stood there for awhile, but nobody served me. I knew she saw me and she ignored me. She said she did not see me because a price board block her view. I confirmed with her that I walked around display counter two rounds. I was sure she saw me. She asked if I were mad at her. I replied, “A little bit.” She said, “Thank you for your generosity to forgive me.” If store managers review my comment, please train your employees for better customer service. RESPECT CUSTOMERS EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE WINDOW SHOPPERS. I bought a necklace with an pendant on that day. I’m not a window shopper who craves for a diamond with empty pocket.

  I was experiencing difficulty placing a special order from the location nearest my home, so I called the Southcenter store for help. The manager, Anna, was determined to do everything possible to solve my problem. She went above and beyond my hopes and expectations! She researched with her Regional office the best way for my order to be handled, while alerting them to my local store's problems so that they could provide assistance. Then she worked with my local store to make sure my order received proper attention. She called me repeatedly to let me know what was happening, and when. Needless to say, I was very grateful for all of her efforts. I highly recommend Helzberg in general for all of one's jewelry needs, and the Southcenter store in particular for exceptional service. I also believe that my local store would have served me just as well, had they not been experiencing their temporary staffing problems. My ring is absolutely gorgeous. It, too, exceeds my expectations. Thank you, Southcenter Helzberg store! You have made a lifelong loyal customer!
