  The quality of customer service I received recently was top-notch and I am incredibly grateful. After having difficulty arming my alarm system, I called in after hours and spoke with an on-call technician, I believe his name was Chris. He was patient as I described my concern, then walked me step-by-step through the process until the issue was resolved. The next day he even called to follow up with me just to be sure I was comfortable and not having any other issues. I can’t stress enough how pleased I am with this level of customer service. I will definitely sleep a little sounder knowing that my home is secure. Thank you!
