  We were referred to Eidem Upholstery by a friend to have an antique wing chair reupholstered. Initially, we got wonderful treatment and were told the chair would be done within a month. I happened to be near the warehouse and went to to check the progress of my chair and was chagrined to find out that the work had not begun on the chair (30 days after I delivered the chair). However, management quickly moved me to the top of the list and delivered the chair to our house for free. In addition, because of the mishap, management threw in a free new seat cushion. They did a beautiful, high quality job on the chair and it was worth waiting for. Overall, I am very happy with Eidem Upholstery and would use them again.
