  We met Adrian at our local coffee shop, and then were pleased to learn from another neighbor of his construction skills - she had used him for many projects and highly recommended him. So when we had a bathroom leak on a Saturday evening, we contacted him first, and not only did we get an email back within an hour, he came out the following morning (a Sunday no less) and fixed our problem! Very impressive. We plan to use him for all of our future projects - and emergencies!
