  Jessica Bowman was so sweet and helped me with everything I needed! She cleaned my ring and bracelet while I browsed, then polished my bracelet again when she deconstructed it to help me reorder my charms! She took her time with me and I never felt rushed. Excited about my new charms and clip!

  Went in to look for a specific ring during the traveling collection sale. Ended up going our with another ring after debating over several beautiful selections. Michael, the associate we were working with, was polite, friendly and was definitely willing to jump around the store with us as we looked and tried on their extensive collection. Their watch selection isn't as good as the Bellevue store but the selection for other jewelry is great. They even kept my kids busy and entertained and offered snacks and water too. Would highly recommend.
