  We bought our spa in November and had it delivered in December. I'm giving two stars because the initial delivery crew was great. However, we are very disappointed overall with the experiences we've had with these folks. We pretty much walked into the showroom knowing which spa we wanted. We bought it on the spot and were done within 15 minutes—had to be one of the easiest sales they've ever had. We felt confident about buying it from AquaQuip because we knew which manufacturer we wanted, and we thought we would be getting it from a full-service, expert specialist. However, despite the fact that we discussed the lift with the sales person (the ONE question we asked), he did not put it on the order and it took us well over a month to get the lift installed. He also never mentioned anything about wiring the spa up. I assumed this was something they would do for us. I've called their store many times, and no one ever calls me back, even when they promise that they will. Every time I call there, regardless of the reason, I'm told "so and so isn't in"—no matter who it is I'm trying to reach. It usually takes 3-5 calls to get forward motion on anything. I called again twice last week to ask about wiring it up, and neither call had any results. At this point, I wish I could do it over—I'd go to Costco. Not worth the hassle to pay full price. I should add that, despite having many problems and struggling to get them resolved, I never spoke to my "salesperson" again. This is not how a quality company should do business.

  Specialized Corporate Investigations, LLC conducted a review at this site. Every time you go to store the manager is an A whole. Complete rude jerk. The lady's are nice and polite. The guys need to take classes in customer service. Prices are high. Something is wrong here!

  Thanks to Aqua Quip we are the proud owners of two new efficient and beautiful gas inserts for our fireplaces. I thought they were just decorative. No way, I was so wrong. These inserts make our home so warm. I had to switch from sweatshirt to T-shirt. The fireplaces were just sitting there not doing anything useful. Jeff and Brian at Aqua Quip gave me a gas fireplace insert quote within 2 days of contact. I had called and emailed 6 other fireplace companies. No one got back to me except Aqua Quip and one other. Jeff from Aqua Quip came out and his bid was $2K lower than the other company's bid on email only, they never even came out. Today Phil from Aqua Quip rocked a very tough install in our 1950 home with very little access to the fireplaces. He was on time, pleasant, clean and very fast to boot. The inserts are so handsome and we are feeling toasty. Thank you again Aqua Quip for such a fantastic customer experience from start to finish!!!
