  I just want to replace the battery in a MacBook. Call first? Nope, land at a call center that refused to route me to the store. Show up in person, no batteries in stock, we'll call you. Eight days later, no call. Call the call center again. Oh yeah the battery is here (there, since they're not here), should take 30 minutes to install. I show up in person, wait ten minutes to be called on. "We'll have it back to you in a couple of days." The good news: they did get the job done in half an hour. I don't think my experience reflects this particular store as much as a people-herding system designed at Infinite Loop. :v/ For a "lifestyle product", this isn't the service experience I was hoping for.
